The Cape Saint Blaize distillery is situated at 1 Market Street in the heart of Mossel Bay and forms part of the Dias museum complex. Visitors can enjoy gin tastings, a factory tour or a Gin Masterclass.
Gin Tasting and Gin & Food pairings are also available for groups or individuals on a tighter time schedule. Times are flexible and the tastings can accommodate up to 50 guests per seating. This can also be combined with a meal at the Café Gannet.

Gin Masterclass
Cape Saint Blaize Gin Masterclass is an immersive 2 hour experience which allow guests to distill their very own bottle of gin while being educated on the rich history of Mossel Bay. Classes are available daily at 11:00 and 18:00 and can accommodate up to 24 guest.

Cape Saint Blaize
Create your own bottle of Cape Saint Blaize Gin at our distillery in Mossel Bay. The gin masterclass class consists of one and a half hours of experimenting with flavour profiles, rich history and lots of fun.
